Saturday, December 10, Midtown Scholar Bookstore - Harrisburg PA
Wow! This was an experience! I was one of 4 authors for the reading/signing event. There were two sessions - 10AM and Noon. Thank goodness I went first because this was my first public book store venue event and I was quite intimidated by the other 3 authors. Each of the three had numerous titles they'd written. They were experienced at this so I began my gleaning all I could from them. There were about 20 children in the first group and maybe 10 in the second group. I met very nice staff from the Midtown Scholar Bookstore in Harrisburg as well as my fellow authors. OK - so they were authors and I have one little poem book that I love to share and was so out of my league but had a blast! I sipped my coffee and chatted and learned! By the way...great little independent book store!
